It is the renters responsibility to confirm any information contained within our listings directly with the property owner / representative.

It is the owners' / representatives' responsibility to provide confirmation to the potential client when requested to do so.

Venues Directory is in no way responsible for any owner / representative or their actions. Venues Directory does not accept any responsibility for any misrepresentation given by the owners / representatives of the properties advertised on this website.

Any property owner / representative using this website, and the email addresses contained, to send unsolicited or spam email can face having their advert (if applicable) removed from the website without any refund.

Venues Directory cannot be held responsible for any services levels, booking mishaps, double booking, cancellations by the venue owner / representative.

The venue owner / representative agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Venues Directory and its employees, representatives, agents and affiliates, against any and all claims, suits, actions, or other proceedings brought against Venues Directory based on or arising from any claim that our use of any material provided by you infringes on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or any other intellectual property right of any third party, or resulting from your breach of this Agreement. The terms agreed between you and the venue owner / representative and any deposits paid by you to the venue owner / representative are subject to terms between you and the venue owner / representative. Venues Directory assume no responsibility or liability for any terms agreed between the venue owners / representatives and yourselves.

Trial periods are:

• Strictly for a one time use per venue only.
• For owners' / representatives' of single venue's only - at the discretion of the directors of WhatsWanted Ltd.

Venues Directory reserves the right:

• To edit or delete an advertisement's content.
• Amend layouts or photographs supplied.
• Not to link to any competing (competitive to either Venues Directory or other advertisers) website from an advertisement.
• Not to link to any website showing more than one venue.
• Not to link to sites with adult, illegal or political content.
• Not to link to sites not directly related to conference venues.
• To refuse to advertise any venue - at the discretion of the directors of WhatsWanted Ltd.
• To reduce or lengthen the term of, or cease offering, any advertising trial period.
• To delete multiple insertions of the same venue without warning.
• To invoice a venue for a years advertising if found attempting to add a venue or venues for repeat trial periods.
• Ammend our Terms & Conditions from time to time without notification other than by posting to this web site.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
